Tell us your story, how did you start cooking/baking?
”I initially began baking and experimenting with ingredients around 2014-2016 and found it to be very therapeutic and relaxing. In 2017 my hobby grew into more of a serious interest, and at that point, I realised that it was something I wanted to pursue in terms of a full-time career.”
What is your favourite dish to make?
”That’s a tough one! But If I had to pick, it would be the deliciously sweet Russian honey cake. I would describe this dessert as 7 layers of soft, caramelised honey cakes that taste like the fine marriage of lotus biscuits, honey graham crackers and gingerbread cookies, sandwiched between a cloud-like sour cream & whipped cream.”
What is your cooking dream?
“The possibilities are endless, there are just so many things I want to do! Taking everything step-by-step helps me stay organised and on track. I would love to publish my own cookbook to encourage other people just like me who have a passion for baking, or even one day open up my own Café. There’s something about baking for others and seeing them take that first bite that brings me joy.”
